Larry Schnitzer, a native Californian, and a 33-year resident of Orange County provides Accounting, Bookkeeping and Tax Services from his office in Huntington Beach. Larry earned his BS in Business Administration at UCLA and received his MBA in Financial Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA and a second BA in Religious Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
He has comprehensive management experience and abilities in the areas of Financial management, with particular emphasis in Computerized Accounting operating in the computerized environment. He is QuickBooks Professional Advisor.
Larry has had extensive Accounting Management and Supervision experience in Public Accounting, Service Industries, the Retail environment and Manufacturing firms. He is knowledgeable in areas of Taxation for Small Businesses, Partnerships and Corporations. He is exper4ienced in General Accounting, Credit & Collections, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. His Accounting experience covers 31 years: Public, Private, and Governmental Accounting. He worked for 20 years in commercial private accounting, 5 years in Public Accounting and 6 years in Governmental Accounting and Controllership in the U.S. Navy, and has taught Accounting for several years at the College Level.
Larry is an active Lifetime member of the UCLA Alumni Association, UCLA Management Alumni Association, and is a Past President of the UCLa Club of Orange County. He is the president of the Orange County Chapter of the California Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals. Larry served for 15 years as the Chairman of the UCLA Alumni Association Community College Transfer Scholarship Committee for Orange County.
